Payments & Refunds

All purchases are prepaid, charged in Philippine pesos, and never renew automatically. This page explains what you buy and when we refund. It is part of our Terms of Service.

1. How payment works

  • Checkout is processed by our payment partners (PayPrintables, powered by PayMongo) in Philippine pesos. USD amounts shown on the site are estimates; your bank's rate and fees may differ.
  • Your purchase is activated only after the payment partner confirms payment. The return page alone does not activate anything.
  • Nothing renews automatically. To continue a plan, buy again before or after it ends.

2. What you buy

  • Plans give monthly usage limits for the paid period (30 days, or 365 days for annual plans). Monthly usage resets each calendar month.
  • Message add-ons add extra OTP and transactional messages, valid for 30 days after payment is confirmed.
  • SMS credits do not expire. One credit sends one SMS of up to 160 characters; OTPs use 2 credits per SMS.

3. Refunds

  • Undelivered SMS: credits for SMS rejected by the provider or network, or blocked before sending, are returned to your balance automatically.
  • Billing errors: if you were charged twice, charged the wrong amount, or paid but your purchase was not activated, contact us within 30 days and we will activate it or refund the payment.
  • Service failure: if we cannot provide the service you paid for because of a problem on our side, we will extend your period or refund the unused portion.
  • Otherwise, used or partly used plans, expired add-ons and unused SMS credits are non-refundable, except where Philippine law requires a refund.
  • No refund is due for accounts suspended for breaking the Terms or Acceptable Use Policy, or for restrictions WhatsApp or a mobile network places on your number.

4. How to ask

Email [email protected] from your account email with the order number (shown under Billing). We reply within 5 business days. Approved refunds go back to the original payment method and may take 5–10 business days to appear, depending on your bank or wallet.
